“Perceived lack of flexibility” is misleading. When a party is unwilling to discuss 5 of 6 points in a proposal, that is called impasse. SRVEA has been trying to negotiate in good faith with management. Management is not negotiating. There has been no back and forth or counter proposals. They are trying to buy us off and forget about what’s best for our students. They will not discuss smaller class sizes, 2 more full time nurses, etc.

Don't miss out on the discussion!
