Valley Link timetable pushed out by three more years

The Valley Link commuter light rail system aiming to directly connect BART to Livermore and the San Joaquin Valley likely won't see its first trains run until at least 2027, three years later than initially estimated.

What else is new in CA, the obvious solutions to transportation such as this take forever. Schemes to increase tax revenue, i.e. toll lanes that inhibit traffic flow by usurping the tax payer's right to use lanes their taxes already paid for, simply step on every CA resident. Why?, because a fundamental failure of CA politics. That is why there is an exodus from CA.
