Good job, DPD, in backing off to avoid just this sort of incident, and in catching the perpetrators after they (figuratively) shot themselves in their own feet.
Very fortunate that injuries so limited - hopefully the one victim/other driver's "minor injuries" are doing OK...and good luck with the requisite insurance claims!

Pedal Power said: “Good job, DPD, in backing off to avoid just this sort of incident.” Uh, (chuckles) what you said makes no sense. The incident happened - which is why it became an incident.

Less than a minute after calling off the chase, the accident happened-----this accident happened during a police chase. Some critical thinking here please.
On that note (critical thinking), whatever happened with the district attorney ruling on the recent Danville Police shooting and killing of a fleeing driver? The deceased driver did not threaten the life of the shooter;-----and no, I am not a bleeding heart.

Wrong. Suspect drove car towards officer. Officer opened fire. Suspect neutralized.
