Council rejects 77-acre At Dublin development proposal

The Dublin City Council denied the At Dublin project last week, rejecting the proposed retail and housing development spanning 76.9 acres in eastern Dublin that has been a source of contentious discussion in the community for years.

Project proposal is not bad. There are no proposals for increasing roads, pedestrian bridges, Public transit options. Trying to squeeze everything in the same place.

The best part of this article is when the council member mentioned they want a project they're proud of. She clearly has no clue what a good project is based on Dublin's track record. Build, build, build then oh yeah! Dublin needs more than a shamrock for luck.
