The moron-a-thon which is the kakistocracy in slacktivist Sacramento regularly produces this sort of prate - never-ending climate change & equity nostrums and creating or envisioning problems that require their solution and our funding. Rep. Bauer-Kahan and her fellow prodigal travelers 'under the dome' never seem to lack puerile, quixotic, utopian agendas. Rather - - prioritize & fix the real problems confronting the State - - build more: dams, reservoirs & electric generating plants (both nuclear and gas); solve the homeless problems throughout CA and quit the foolishness of sanctuary cities/state. Until these issues are completely solved, there are no other.
