Bay Area health officers urge masking indoors regardless of vaccination, but stop short of new mandate

A coalition of Bay Area health officials urged residents across the region Friday to resume wearing a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status following an uptick in COVID-19 cases.

I'm fully vaccinated for a reason, and won't be wearing a mask. It sends the wrong message to the unvaccinated. Let the unvaccinated wear masks. Vaccination is a personal choice, but don't punish those of us who did the responsible thing. Like the article states, the Bay Area has one of the highest rates in the state and the country. I had no problem wearing a mask prior to vaccination, but I'm mask free, thank you.
