Driver charged with felony manslaughter for May crash that killed teacher from San Ramon

An Antioch man has been charged with gross vehicular manslaughter in connection with a daytime crash at the intersection of Crow Canyon and Bollinger Canyon roads that killed San Ramon resident and teacher Susan Guinee in May.

We as a nation are soft on criminals and punishment. I bet this fellow will walk, like the lawyer who hit a pedestrian and killed him with his Mercedes Benz in a hit and run a few years ago, in San Ramon. What a shame!
