The Front Street proposed development is across the street from the Village Theater and has the creek right behind it. I have always been surprised that anything was built so close to the edge of the creek but obviously it was allowed by the town.
Once again it sounds like the town is willing to giving up parking requirements even though parking has been a long time issue in our downtown. I hope they will not cave in again on parking requirements.
