Dublin school board member files claim against district over then-trustee wife's death at volunteer event on campus

DUSD Trustee William Kuo has filed a negligence claim against the district citing a lack of 'basic safety protocols' at the school volunteer event where his wife/then-trustee Catherine Kuo was fatally pinned between two cars in March.

So they only found out about the risks AFTERWARDS. Damn it she volunteered. Had it been some one else, ironically she would have sided with the district and opposed a settlement.. Smacks of greed! Disgusting! Go for it because insurance will pay.....the man in MHO is a gold digger.
