Catalytic converter theft is an ongoing serious crime. According to the article there were weapons found along with the tools needed to remove the converters. It sounds like this alleged gang of thieves are spread throughout the area. They need to implicate others, such as who buys the stolen converters, to avoid serious time in prison. These are serious criminals...if found guilty.
