County to pay family $4.9M for 2018 fatal police shooting in Danville

Contra Costa County is poised to pay $4.9 million to the family of Laudemer Arboleda, the Newark man killed in 2018 by former Danville Police Officer Andrew Hall, who was convicted Tuesday of assault for the fatal encounter.
