Just call this what it is - insolvency. SRVUSD saying this has already been addressed is just the latest in a long line of mistruths given by these administrators to the people of Danville and San Ramon over the past two years. Trustees voting for raises that the budget can't afford and then demanding everyone the area pay increased parcel taxes due to their inability to be fiscally responsible is the very definition of ineptitude and failure to do the one job - fiscal oversight - that is required of these trustees. Anyone that votes for this - student trustee as well - should just quit immediately afterward and the district administration can just appoint a panel of five parrots to just repeat whatever district staff says. Nothing would substantively change from the five sycophants there now except maybe there would be shorter meetings with far less self aggrandizing.
