County health director says most COVID offenders now in compliance, winter surge has arrived

After hearing frustration from the Board of Supervisors about not cracking down on businesses ignoring COVID-19 mandates, CCHS director Anna Roth told the board Tuesday that 12/13 businesses once flaunting rules are now complying.
