Momentum is building to construct a new baseball stadium at Oakland's Charles P. Howard Terminal with the certification of a key environmental document last week. But, hard work is ahead.

From what I have seen in previous news reports, this new ballpark will not have a parking lot. Perhaps everyone will go to the baseball games by Union Pacific Railroad?
