Think is great news! Needed for so long. The facility sounds like it has all the bells and whistles.
I just hope that the inmates/patients get in instead of first being shot and killed or tortured by police. ????

Well golly Anne, if you're that concerned about the police torturing the mentally ill, you could invite them into your house and protect them.

Tortured by police? Apparently Miss Anne Cavazos is anti-law enforcement based on her absurd statement. Which of course makes me wonder who she would call if her home was burglarized, automobile stolen, or God forbid, assaulted by a suspect with mental health issues.
What say you, Anne Cavazos? Who ya gonna call?
