The FAZ property is perhaps the last large parcel in the core downtown area. It makes sense to have some commercial space at that end of the downtown. And including residential housing is a must with current Sacramento mandates. Once again the issue is parking. Apparently underground residential parking is included but commercial parking is a problem once again. I assume that the developer would foot the bill for acquiring the 14 off-site parking spots.
