In August, Baldwin Elementary (SRVUSD) employee (and District alumnus) Andrew Oliver was arrested and charged for child pornography possession ( Web Link ) .
In September (story above), Nicholas Moseby — who, after complaints about him, had been moved from San Ramon Valley High School to Diablo Vista Middle School — was charged with lewd activity directed at minors.
Also this school year, a high school boy wearing sunglasses, and apparently claiming transgender status, invaded a girls’ locker room at San Ramon Valley High School. The District’s response was to say that GIRLS who were uncomfortable could change in a bathroom stall in the locker room (Web Link ).
Contrast the situations, and consider the irony. High School girls reported that biology teacher Nicholas Moseby made them feel uncomfortable. So he was moved to a MIDDLE school and later arrested for more serious offenses than causing discomfort.
But when a boy in sunglasses invaded a girls’ locker room, making THEM uncomfortable, the girls were told they could just change in bathroom stalls.
In Loudoun County, Virginia, a “gender fluid” boy was arrested in October 2021 for sexual battery and abduction of a girl in a rest room. The boy was moved to another high school, where (while wearing a skirt) he assaulted another female student ( Web Link ). Loudoun County Supt. Scott Ziegler, who lied about the matter, has finally been fired and now indicted.
Meanwhile, District teachers continue confusing impressionable, captive-audience 5-year-olds with gender-bender pronouns that are ungrammatical or inconsistent with appearance, and homosexual and transgender-themed read-aloud story books, behavior that could look and smell like grooming if repeated by a stranger in a park.

The name of the Baldwin Elementary, SRVUSD employee in my first paragraph above is Andrew Oliver Kallick. The last name was missing. My apologies for any confusion.
