Dear Dolores,

I applaud our neighbor and assembly member.

Our family has a new member that is an educator of the very young and her classroom is filled with art I would frame and proudly display.

It brings to mind an opportunity for Danville or San Ramon to sponsor such art for creative decoration of our parks and even along the iron horse trail. Children, as we can see, abstract the human experience in beautiful colors and broad expression on paper, tile, stone and more.

Thank you, Assembly member (Joan, our neighbor)

I'm so happy to see affirmative action also applies to art contests!
