Warren was a good man. He loved life and he loved to laugh a good epithet for anyone.

A great man indeed. I'll always remember him for the time he spent with our Valley's children. With everything he had on his very full plate, he had time to speak to our children and teach them about aspects of Americanism. He worked with the Exchange Club of San Ramon Valley and took time for the kids. All of the great work he has done for and shared with our citizens of all ages will live on through those he touched.

Sheriff Rupf was a genuine person who put his heart into his job. The one thing that stands out in remembrance of him was the compassion he had for the communities. He was a man who stood strong for his convictions and was the first to admit his mistakes. I will always remember Sheriff Rupf. God Bless You Warren and Rest in Peace.
