Water agency moves forward on $30 million water treatment enhancement

The Tri-Valley's water wholesaler is moving forward with a decades-long plan to add ozone technology to the area's primary water treatment plant, which could end up costing as much as $32.9 million.

Angela Ramirez Holmes - +1 in the right direction.

As a tax payer, lack of planning for facilities, and lack of using tax payers money wisely on that whole build out of homes and retail in that area, does not constitute an emergency on the tax payers part.

Shame on the board. Voted in to plan and completely incompetent. Should have been planned ten years in advance.

Instead they vote themselves pay raises, pensions and let infrastructure deteriorate, or not get built at all, until an emergency arises.
