SRVUSD board to review bargaining topics for negotiations with teachers union

SRVEA leadership hate teaching and hate children. Recall SRVEA is the main reason your kids were not in school for a year and a half; they refused to do what other teachers around the country did. Unlike CSEA - who worked on campus during the pandemic and that seem to genuinely care about the community and the real they play in it - SRVEA leadership refused to be on campus at all during the pandemic, abandoned kids in need, and seem to all around feel that they are more important than everyone else and that they are entitled to spend the least amount of time actually instructing children for the most amount of money possible. Why does SRVUSD have a half day every week on Wednesday for teachers to get out early? Because SRVEA leaders hate being in the classroom and care more about money than kids wellbeing. Why is the SRVUSD budget insolvent in 5 years? Because SRVEA leaders don't care about finances so long as they get as much money as possible. Their philosophy is get all the money now and the hopefully, the state will just give more money later to fix the collapsing budget. Who cares about actual "plans" when you are a SRVEA leader! SRVEA plays this game were they act like the teachers here are genuinely better when its really the parents here that are doin more than these SRVEA leaders. Where are SRVEA leaders to talk about the absolute failure the mathematics department is at SRVHS? Nowhere because they don't care about kids and they don't care about education. So long as they get paid and parens pay for private tutors, SRVEA leaders are glad to take all the educational credit!

The modern SRVEA is the worst thing to ever happen to eduction in the San Ramon Valley.
